The state commissioned Circus posters first appeared at the beginning of the 1960s so this original vintage Polish Boxing Bear print by Andrzej Onegin-Dabrowski from early 1962 is one of the earliest examples. He might measure in small at 47.5 x 66.5cm but he packs a mighty fine punch. Bears were often used in Polish posters to signify the Soviet State.
