About Maciej Hibner
Maciej Hibner was born in 1931 in Warsaw. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw under the guidance of prof. Józef Mroszczak. He graduated in 1955 and is one of Poland’s best known and well respected graphic designers and posters creators. He is credited with being one of the key figures of the Polish School of Posters. He’s an internationally acclaimed graphic artist whose work has been shown around the world at exhibitions in London, Paris, Vienna, Rome and Delhi (1954) and won numerous awards.
