This rare extra large format vintage Polish poster was designed by Waldemar Swierzy as part of a tourism series in the 1960s. The bold graphic illustrative style and block colours are just sublime.
The posters were printed in different languages for display abroad. This is the Swedish version. It reads ‘Spend Your Holidays in Poland: in Mazury, the land of ten thousand lakes’. This poster is very special to us as Masuria is where Sylwia grew up.
